AutoGun Works (the "Company") maintains this Privacy Policy in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea, to protect users' personal information and to handle related concerns promptly.

1. Personal information we collect and why

• Inquiries and consultations: name, contact details (email or mobile number) and inquiry details — to answer inquiries and proceed with quotes and consultations
• Visit records: device and browser type, pages visited and time of visit — to improve the site and compile visit statistics (individuals are not identified)

2. Retention period

• Inquiry and consultation information: 1 year after handling is complete. If a contract is concluded, for the period required by the relevant laws (such as the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
• Visit records: the retention period of the analytics tools (up to 26 months)

3. Provision to third parties

The Company does not provide personal information to third parties without the user's consent, except for requests made under applicable law.

4. Outsourcing of processing

• Site hosting and visit statistics: Vercel Inc. / Google LLC (Google Analytics) — users can refuse analytics collection through their browser settings.
• Receiving and storing inquiries, and reply notifications: Google LLC (Google Sheets, Apps Script, Gmail)

5. International transfers

• Recipient: Google LLC (United States) — inquiry details (name, contact details, message) and visit records (cookie identifiers), used to receive and store inquiries, send reply notifications and produce visit statistics. Transferred over the internet when you submit the form or visit the site; kept for the periods in section 2. Contact: Google privacy inquiries (support.google.com/policies).
• Recipient: Vercel Inc. (United States) — access logs (IP address, time of access, etc.), used to run the site and for cookie-free visit statistics. Transferred when you visit the site; kept for the period set by Vercel. Contact: privacy@vercel.com.
• If you do not want your data transferred abroad, you can contact us by email instead of the form, and block visit statistics as described in section 6. The contact form cannot be processed without the transfer.

6. Cookies

• Visit statistics (Google Analytics) use cookies such as _ga.
• On your first visit, a banner at the bottom of the page lets you accept or decline; cookies are used only if you accept.
• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings (e.g. Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies).
• Blocking cookies does not affect using the site or sending an inquiry.

7. Users' rights

Users may request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of their personal information at any time. Requests sent to the contact below are handled without delay.

8. Destruction

Personal information is destroyed without delay when the retention period ends or the purpose has been achieved. Electronic files are deleted using methods that make recovery impossible.

9. Security measures

• Access to personal information is limited to the representative.
• The site and form submissions are encrypted in transit (https).
• Inquiry records are kept only in password-protected accounts and destroyed when the retention period ends.
